Join us every Sunday at 1:00pm for Yoga! 

Come out Sundays to The ‘Yoga Chill Lounge’ class. This is a ’Yoga' class designed to make you feel great.  We will lengthen, strengthen, detoxify, soften and centre.  Floss your muscles and your mind in this therapeutic yoga class designed for the people of Heights. 

This class is an intelligent sequence of poses and relaxations based off the philosophy of balancing our body, breath and mind. 

This class changes weekly based on the philosophy mentioned above.  We will string together intelligent sequences of pose and relaxations as well as breathing to accomplish our goals.

Please bring your own mat, blanket (or towel, preferably blanket) and any other props you might need to ‘chill’ out. See you Sundays.
